Permanent Makeup Cancellation Policy

All permanent makeup appointments require a non-refundable, non-negotiable $100 deposit

  1. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you have up to 72 hours before your appointment, for your deposit to carry over to a new appointment. This is a one-time courtesy, and your appointment must be rebooked that same day, otherwise a new deposit will be required. If rescheduled or cancelled within 72 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
  2. If you have previously done permanent makeup that you would like corrected or reworked, a consultation prior to booking is required. If a consultation is not booked first and on the day of your appointment your brows are not workable due to your previous work being too dark, dense, or improperly shaped, it may be recommended that you wait for them to further fade, or you may be referred to removal before your initial session.
  3. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to forego the initial topical numbing due to time constraints, or if we are too far into your appointment time, we may need to reschedule altogether, in which case a new deposit will be required to rebook.


Service Cancellation Policy

All appointments (excluding permanent makeup) must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice of the appointment time.


  1. Late Cancel/Reschedule - Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your service, to be charged to the card on file for your account. Cancellation or reschedule within 1 hour of your appointment, will result in a 100% charge.
  2. No Show - Any appointment missed with no call, text, or voicemail letting us know you will not make your appointment. This will result in a 100% charge of your service. Texts and voicemails are time-stamped. If they are sent in the appropriate window of time, you will not be charged.
  3. Any appointments booked at $200 or over will require a $100 non-refundable deposit.
  4. If you wish to adjust your appointment, i.e. remove one of multiple services scheduled, but keep your appointment time, please call ahead to adjust.
  5. If you call instead of texting, you MUST leave a voicemail in order to not be charged the cancellation fee. A simple missed call with no voicemail will not suffice for a cancellation or reschedule.
  6. These policies are in place to protect not only my time, but the time of everyone involved in my appointment schedule and waitlist on any given day.
