All permanent makeup appointments require a non-refundable, non-negotiable $100 deposit
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, you have up to 72 hours before your appointment, for your deposit to carry over to a new appointment. This is a one-time courtesy, and your appointment must be rebooked that same day, otherwise a new deposit will be required. If rescheduled or cancelled within 72 hours of your appointment, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- If you have previously done permanent makeup that you would like corrected or reworked, a consultation prior to booking is required. If a consultation is not booked first and on the day of your appointment your brows are not workable due to your previous work being too dark, dense, or improperly shaped, it may be recommended that you wait for them to further fade, or you may be referred to removal before your initial session.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to forego the initial topical numbing due to time constraints, or if we are too far into your appointment time, we may need to reschedule altogether, in which case a new deposit will be required to rebook.
