All permanent makeup appointments require a $100 deposit, refundable *only* if canceled outside of 72 hours before your appointment.

Late Cancel/Reschedule - Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit and another deposit will be required to rebook.
No Show - Any appointment missed with no call (voicemail must be left), text or voicemail letting us know you will not make your appointment will result in a forfeit of your $100 deposit.
If you have previously done permanent makeup that you would like corrected or reworked, you MUST book a consultation at least 72 hours before your initial session to approve that your brows are workable.
If a consultation is not booked first and on the day of your appointment your brows are not workable due to your previous work being too dark, dense, or improperly shaped, it may be recommended that you wait for them to further fade, or you may be referred to removal before booking your initial session. In this case I respectfully reserve the right to forfeit your $100 deposit and another deposit will be required at rebook.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to forego the initial topical numbing due to time constraints, or we may need to reschedule altogether.

Service Cancellation Policy
All appointments (excluding permanent makeup) must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice of the appointment time.
Late Cancel/Reschedule - Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment. This will result in a 50% charge of your service, to be charged to the card on file for your account.
No Show - Any appointment missed with no call, text, or voicemail letting us know you will not make your appointment. This will result in a 50% charge up of your service up. Texts and voicemails are time-stamped. If they are sent in the appropriate window of time, you will not be charged.
Any appointments booked at $200 or over will require a $100 deposit, to be forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours.
If you wish to adjust your appointment, i.e. remove one of multiple services scheduled, but keep your appointment time, please call ahead to adjust.
If you call instead of texting, you MUST leave a voicemail in order to not be charged the cancellation fee. A simple missed call with no voicemail will not suffice for a cancellation or reschedule.
These policies are in place to protect not only my time, but the time of everyone involved in my appointment schedule and waitlist on any given day.
